Getting Started
Aipermind is a desktop application available on any browser.
Installation Instructions:
Aipermind is a web application that does not require installation. You need to access the Aipermind Web site and log in to start using it.
Aipermind's interface is intuitive and includes:
- Opportunities Module: Explore and identify potential market opportunities
- Projects Module: Create and manage projects from opportunities or directly
- Digital Twin Module: Create and manage synthetic and real digital twins
- Testing Lab Module: Conduct simulations and analyses
- Knowledge Base Management Module: Upload and manage supporting documents
Opportunities
To create a new opportunity:
- Click on "Opportunities" in the main menu
- Select "New Opportunity" in the upper right corner
- Provide the required information:
- Opportunity Title
- Challenge Type
- Description
- Choose whether to generate micro-projects automatically (ON by default for PRO users)
To convert an opportunity to a project:
- Click "Convert to Projects" on an opportunity card
- Review generated ideas and assess feasibility
- Select the most promising opportunities
- Begin detailed project development
Projects
Create projects in two ways:
- Convert from an opportunity
- Create directly in the Projects module
Key project components:
- Project name and type
- Description
- Job to Be Done selection
- Version history
- Team collaboration tools
Available project features:
- Overview: General project information
- Documents: File management
- Analysis: Business analysis tools
- Stakeholder map: Stakeholder visualization
- Solution framework: Solution development
- Digital Twins: Customer simulation
- Market Test: Interview analysis
Digital Twins
Aipermind offers two types of digital twins:
- Synthetic Digital Twin: Virtual customers built on synthetic data
- Real Digital Twin: Virtual customers built on real customer data
Features include:
- Interview script generation
- Twin creation and management
- Interactive chat capabilities
- Market validation tools
Testing Lab
The Testing Lab offers:
- Problem and solution validation interviews
- Virtual focus groups
- Market opportunity exploration
- Idea feasibility analysis
- Interview transcript analysis
Knowledge Base
Upload guidelines:
- Maximum 5 documents per upload
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- Supported formats: .pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx
- Add purpose, category, and tags
- Associate with projects and teams
Glossary
Job to Be Done (JTBD)
The basic need that the customer seeks to satisfy when using a product or service.
Digital Twin
Virtual representation of a customer, used to simulate and test the product.
Synthetic Digital Twin
Digital twin built on synthetic data.
Real Digital Twin
Digital twin built on real data.
Knowledge Base
Collection of documents and information used by Aipermind to support analysis and enrich Digital Twin knowledge.
